These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoIP and SIP communication services provided by Cyborg Telecom ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
Cyborg Telecom provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) communication services, including SIP trunking, international calling, and business VoIP solutions.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Transmitting spam, robocalls, or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Harassment, threats, or any form of abusive communication.
- Interfering with or disrupting our infrastructure or other users' services.
- Any activity that violates applicable telecommunications regulations.
4. Payment Terms
- Services operate on a prepaid balance model. You must maintain sufficient credit to place calls.
- Rates are published in your client portal and may be updated with notice.
- We accept various payment methods including cryptocurrency.
- All charges are calculated based on actual usage as recorded by our systems.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for temporary outages caused by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyborg Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
- Upon termination, any remaining prepaid balance may be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
